The Tracy Skyliners Flying Field is located in rural Tracy, CA off
Durham Ferry Road.
The following directions, maps, and pictures will help you find us.
| The entrance to the flying field site is a dirt road off of Durham Ferry Road. The dirt road entrance is opposite the yellow house with the two tall trees as noted on the detailed map below. If coming from the west on Durham Ferry Road, the dirt road entrance is exactly 1.4 miles from the Highway 33/Durham Ferry Road intersection. If coming from the east on Durham Ferry Road, the entrance is exactly 1.7 miles from the Kasson Road/Durham Ferry Road intersection. If coming from the east you will pass 3 small white houses on the left side of the road prior to coming to the yellow house. Once you turn onto the dirt road you will proceed until you reach somewhat of a "Y". Take the dirt road to the right. You will continue past the active runway until you reach the "X" out inactive runway. Proceed to turn left but stay to the far right side of the pavement which is the old taxi strip. DO NOT drive down the runway. Continue down the taxi strip until you reach the flying site location. It is at the north end of the inactive runway shown in red on the detailed map. |
